What Gets Fixed

Lockfiles

• Python: Runs uv lock or pip-compile to generate/update lockfile
• Node.js: Runs bun install or npm install to update lockfile

# Fix current directory
runtm fix

# Fix specific project
runtm fix ./my-project

• runtm validate reports lockfile drift
• runtm deploy fails with lockfile error
